Very hard to find Freezer/Cooler space in downtown Chattanooga! Although the building itself needs some love, we are fully capable of providing tenant improvements prior to move-in. Fully equipped with 11 Temperature controlled freezer/cooler storage units, and 4 dock doors for ease of access. Great bones and functionality. The building could definitely use a facelift, but the bones are there! Owner is open to any Improvements prior to move-in including Fresh paint, Lot improvement, Fencing in the lot, and anything that comes to mind to make this space an ideal fit for the tenant!
