Colin Cleghorn is co-founder and president of IronHorn Enterprises.

Colin was born and raised in Syracuse, NY and has always had a keen interest in real estate. Colin and his brother, Greg, purchased and personally renovated their first 11 unit apartment complex in 2013. In 6 short years Colin and Greg established a company that grew to 188 residential units, spanning 100+ properties. In 2018 they expanded into the commercial market and now own over 1,000,000 sq. ft. of commercial space valued at over $130,000,000.00. Most of these commercial real estate properties are industrial warehousing or fleet maintenance facilities. Colin has personally overseen the renovation of 150+ properties, spanning everything from residential flips and rentals to commercial build-outs for national clients. Colin’s core strengths include an in-depth knowledge of general contracting, project management, acquisitions and personnel management. IronHorn Enterprises continues to grow and now employs over 40 full time employees.

When not working, Colin enjoys spending time with his wife Michelle & their daughter Elowyn, playing pickup basketball, and hanging out with his very large extended family.
