Ironhorn Enterprises LLC. is a commercial real estate development company founded in 2014 by co-owners, Greg and Colin Cleghorn.
History
The brothers got their start by purchasing, renovating and leasing residential properties, ultimately building a portfolio of over 200 properties in 6 years. In 2021, with the strong residential market, IronHorn packaged and sold 95% of the residential portfolio, allowing them to accelerate their growth in commercial markets.
In 2018, IronHorn bought its first commercial property. Since then, we have continued to expand our growing portfolio of industrial space. Ironhorn’s portfolio is currently valued at over $200M and spans 11 states from New York to Georgia.
Our company culture centers around working hard and having fun. We want to allow those who are teachable to grow & succeed. Ironhorn has a younger feel that comes with certain challenges, but we’ve seen it to be our strength. It’s a key reason our company has repeatedly broken growth barriers. In May ’23 we hit 100 million dollars in assets.”
